Our mission is to help players improve their game by connecting them with coaches, academies, businesses, and other players worldwide.
The platform enables collaboration within the PickleBall community by allowing users to:
- Connect with other players for practice
- Seek guidance from expert coaches
- Discover PickleBall equipment
- Find leagues and tournaments conducted by academies
All users can register and login to PBAnalysis.com free of cost.
Products & Services
Player Services
- Connect with other registered players
- Find practice partners
- Upload short video clips for shot analysis
- Receive suggestions from AI or human coaches
Video Upload for Analysis
- Players must upload a video clip not exceeding 5MB
- The clip will be shared with the selected coach for analysis
Types of Analysis
AI Analysis
- Currently available free of cost
- AI generated suggestions may contain errors
- Players should verify suggestions with their personal coach
Human Coach Analysis
- Basic analysis may be provided free
- Advanced analysis may require payment
- Coaches can set their own fee per analysis
Coach Payments
- Players pay the analysis fee to PBAnalysis.com
- PBAnalysis.com retains 10% platform fee
- Remaining 90% is paid to the coach after submitting the analysis
Business Listings
- Businesses can display PickleBall related products
- ₹500 per month subscription
- Up to 3 product images allowed
- Business contact details displayed
PBAnalysis.com only provides product visibility and does not facilitate direct product sales on the platform.
Academies & Tournament Listings
- Academies may broadcast leagues and tournaments
- Players can contact academies directly to participate
Tournament registration and participation are handled independently by the academies or organizations conducting them.
Terms & Conditions
- All users may register and use the platform free of cost.
- Players may connect with other players, coaches, academies, and businesses.
- Players may upload videos for analysis not exceeding 5MB.
- Uploaded videos will be shared only with the selected coach.
- Players may edit or delete analysis requests within 2 hours.
- If a coach does not respond within 48 hours, PBAnalysis.com administrators may remove the request.
- Players may then submit a new request to another coach.
- PBAnalysis.com acts only as a technology platform connecting users.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Refund will be issued if a player cancels a paid analysis request within 2 hours. Platform service charge of 12% of the transaction amount will be deducted and rest shall be refunded.
- Refund will be processed based on the currency value on the date the request was created.
- No refund will be issued once the coach has submitted the analysis.
- No refund will be issued if the player is dissatisfied with the coach's advice.
- Full refund will be processed incase the coach does not submit the analysis
Privacy Policy
PBAnalysis.com may collect basic user information such as name, email address, login credentials, and uploaded content for the purpose of operating the platform.
- User information will not be sold to third parties.
- Uploaded videos are used only for the purpose of analysis.
- Basic cookies may be used to improve website functionality.
User Conduct
Users agree not to upload or share:
- Abusive or offensive content
- Copyrighted videos without permission
- Inappropriate or illegal material
- Content belonging to another individual without consent
Intellectual Property
Users uploading videos confirm that they own the rights to the content and grant permission to PBAnalysis.com to share the content with selected coaches for analysis.
Payments
All payments for paid analysis services are processed securely through third-party payment gateway providers such as Razorpay.
PBAnalysis.com does not store payment card information.
Age Policy
Users under the age of 18 must use the platform with parental or guardian permission.
Platform Rights
PBAnalysis.com reserves the right to suspend or remove any account that violates platform rules, terms, or community standards.
